WSM 22.5"

Postby 2PUPs » Sat May 18, 2013 9:54 am

Hey all , I have been off the charts for quite some time , so hello to everyone . So yesterday , I picked up a brand new WSM 22.5 and wondering if it has to be seasoned , or can I start to cook on it right away . I didn't see anything in instructions on weather to season it or not , so I thought I would come here for some info .

You don't have to season it to rust proof it but- until it gets some build up on the shiny porcelainish surface on the inside your temps will bounce around a bit.
