Venison/Pork Sausage First time

We had a 10# of venison in the freezer I needed to make into sausage, this was my first time.

First I'd be a little concerned since I spotted a Smurf getting into your grind but the end result looks great.
Bet you're gonna be reluctant to pay good money for that grocery store stuff from now on......

that Smurf is a good helper as long as I keep feeding him cold beer. He prefers my homebrew.
