Hello all. I've been reading sausage threads on here for a year now, I guess. It finally occurred to me that I ought to join up. A novice sausage maker at best, but am here to learn and pitch in when I can.
Now that that's out of the way, I'm in the process of building an upright electric smoker out of a commercial holding cabinet. Pics to follow (one of these days).
New guy checking in.

Howdy Neighbor. Jarhead, the Chile Farmer and if I recall right, the feller in Longview are all sausage heads.

Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
