Those things attached to your wrists work real good but you might go blind. :laughing7: Sorry I could't resist that. How much volume you working with and what 's your budget?
Never met a cow I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.

yea yea I know but I regularly mix about 50lb of meat (not all at once in 10lb batches) also I was thinking could I drop a whole pork butt bone removed in it and give it a few twist to break it up for pulled pork. $50-150ish

I have the same mixer in a 15#-20# size. It works but I find that one has to turn the crank first one way then the other. This will mix pretty good. They are a bear to clean. Thinking back I would get the power model. CF :D

Found out academy had the lem for the same price so i went and got one got home and it had a busted lid missing parts and had been used with meat still in it so took it back and went to bass pro lem was 30 more ther but they price matched so good to go going to mixup some pizza burgers in it today for a party
