Got two racks of St. Louie ribs and a small briskie takin the heat as we speak.
Ribs will get the 3-2-1 treatment. About fourty-five minutes until they get the wrap.
I put into practice alot of the things found on this site! Except for the rub, just kinda made it up of spices I like that we had on hand. Gotta get some of that Sucklebuster mix.
I will take some pics and post if I can figure out how to do it.
This site is too much fun!
Thanks Gator!

Richard,

I use Photobucket (old habit)...there are lots of choices.

Try this one: http://allyoucanupload.webshots.com/

Or this: http://imageshack.us/

Or this: http://tinypic.com/

hope one of these works better - If you have questions about PhotoBucket let me know.

Gator,
Thanks for helping, how do I post with photobucket? Just can't get that thing to work. Maybe I've missed something! Let me know.
The St. Louie ribs are in the last hour and looking very tasty. The small briskie is looking good.
As of now standing shotgun over smoker to keep wife at bay.
Thanks for all of the good info!

Try clicking the "Img" then (with no spaces) the address of where the pic is the the IMG key again.

I'll use parenthese instead of brackets for illustration
IMAGE Button (img)http://www.wherearemypics/pic1.jpt(/img),

Then it should work. The address must be exact with the forward slash and the name of the pic with extension.

Good Luck :D [/code]
