Fresh Sausage

Postby Sr_Egor » Thu Nov 29, 2012 12:52 pm

This is my first batch of sausage. Almost 50/50 Pork/Venison (Axis) a little heavier on the pork side.
Regular and Jalapeno Cheese. I came across a few recipes for corn husk sausage that looked great so i tied up a few of those.
I also saved a pound to make chorizo.

Will be on the smoker tonight!!!

Thanks again for all the advice.

bwsdj, making sausage is a fun thing, and tasty. And don't forget about bacon. Make your own its easy, and you will never buy store bacon again. CF :D
