Cure and Smoked Ham

Picnic Ham that is. Cured 9 days in a wet cure. Dried one day in the refrigerator. Smokehouse smoked, With hickory smoke 10 hours total smoke.Internal temp was 160°. Sampled a small slice. Tasted a little to sweet but good. CF :D

Thanks guy's, I haven't eaten it yet so can't comment on taste. The sample I tried was good. Might do it up on Thanksgiving. CF :D
