Howdy from Wylie

Postby BIGtx » Sun Nov 06, 2011 8:54 pm

Stumbled across this forum very recently and am glad to have found it! Glad to see more folks as passionate as I am about BBQ. Find it to be a labor of love.. I enjoy tending the fire, and more importantly enjoy the end results!

Just this weekend, I smoked for a friend's party.. 2 Briskets, 8 racks of St Louis Spares, Chicken, and beans...

Hope to meet some of you guys at a comp soon! Lookin to start a team and give it a shot..

Cheers!

Jeff

Don't know how to post pics on this site yet, but will once I figure it out...
