Food Grade Barrels Houston?
I have two UDS Smokers and I want to build a few more for family but am having a hard time finding food grade barrels in Houston. Anyone know of a place I cold pick some up free is good but not a necessity. The guy I got these from last year has fallen of the face of the planet. Thanks for any help. Also if anyone in the Houston area needs help building a UDS you provide the six pack and I will provide the plans and help.

If Conroe is not too far of a drive, there is a place just outside the loop east on SH 105 that I buy from for deer feeders and UDSs. They are juice drums and go for $20 last I bought.

Nah Conroe is just a hop away I am near The Woodlands. Do you remember if they are lined Drums? This sounds like the way to go.

Yup, they are the kind you have to burn out... but food grade. From The Woodlands, just head to Conroe on 45, take the first (South) Loop 336 exit. Head east (right) on the loop. Turn right on SH 105 off the loop (like you are headed to Cleveland). Just about a mile after the first light (FM1485) on the left had side of the road. You will see the barrels.... white poly, green juice, and black something or anothers.
It is just before the notorious flea market district known as Cut-n-Shoot! Don't worry, it is okay... just keep the doors locked just in case.
