First of all i have to say what a great throwdown and some fierce competition, Congrats to Limey. Just for the record this is the second throwdown that i have gotten 2nd in !!! one of these days......one of these days !!! Great job by everyone else........

Thanks fellas, it was alot of fun.Lots of great entries. Thanks Dave for setting this shindig up, I would have voted for your Hog with a apple in its mouth{Priceless}.Southern Pride , ya had some killer ribs my friend. Appreciate the pellets from Harry but I do not have a pellet cooker so no worrys.
Just wanted to give a shoutout to Gator, I used SuckleBusters HoochieMamma and a lil SB Hogwaller on the ribs- topped with a glaze of SB spicy peach sauce.
Great stuff.Also a big thanks to Jeff- Redneck, I used some of his tricks from his class. I feel like I just won a Nascar Race,thanking everybody. :lol:

Congrats Limey . Good Lookin Baby Bax . These pellets are and can be used in the Big Smokers or a open Grill with Char coal . Ya just throw a handfull in the embers and ya got flavor out the kazoo. I will be in Joshua this next week and can meet up with ya or mail em to ya /However the Forum Masters want to handle it .
I got First Place in Every Cook Off I ever Entered.
But the Judges most of the Time Gave the Prizes to Someone Else
