Just got back from the Sedalia Blues & BBQ, A KCBS contest . 39 Teams.

My Team, ( Team Q ) Reserve Grand Champs.

1 ST. PLACE PORK
3 RD. PLACE BRISKET
4 TH. PLACE RIBS
11 TH. PLACE CHICKEN

Big congrats on that mighty fine showing. Can't believe yall didnt hit the illustrious hoo haw position with that fine showing in the categories. Musta been some kinda tight judging going on there. High five hand and manly man type hiney slaps all around.

great showing Jay.....still tryin to get my briskets down to how I like em. Got the ribs and butts down no prob. Chicken, well thats another story, anyway, great job to you and your team!
