My trailer build

Postby Rooster » Wed Mar 10, 2010 11:39 pm

I am building my pit on a 5x10 trailer with the pit mounted on top of the rails at the front of the trailer. Doing this so i can still haul my atv and or my motorcycle ( which is for sale). Today while working on it, i noticed the angle iron used for the tongue was bending from the weight! I was bummed for a minute until i realized, its better that i caught it then, rather than goin down the road with a broke trailer. Gettin 3 inch channel and fixing it tomorrow.

We got all of the doors opened up this weekend. couldnt find hinges i liked, so we designed some on mastercam and CNC milled them ourselves. Got the plate in the bottom for the reverse flow and exhaust mounted. Had to hinge it so it will fit in my garage. sorry no pics uploaded yet
