Looking for a food scale
I had one but knowing my grinder took 2 years to find and I need ASAP for the scale... anybody use one that they like??

I'm using a postal scale I got at the PO about 10 years ago.

I have two, one for very light weights such as spices, and another for the heavy work, I would recommend you get one you can calibrate and buy the cal weights so you can keep it accurate, I convert recipes from cups to grams, more accurate and you get identical results on each separate cook. I bought mine at the below address, scales are like knife sharpeners buy a good one and you'll have it for ever....
