Bought this book a couple of days ago. I find it very interesting. Contains a lot of info and explains in detail why we are using all the different techniques. Probably already known knowledge for many of the experts here but for me it's lot of new information. Bunch of recipes for rubs, brines, sauces. Separate chapters for beef, pork, burgers, lamb, bird, fish, sides and more.
I would recommend this for those who are feeling for increasing their knowledge or just need new recipes and ideas to try out.
Great Christmas gift.

The day before yesterday I ordered this book for myself, I'm waiting for when it comes from Amazon. I hope I will discover a lot of new things there. I found her just on the Internet, the reviews were amazing about her, I could not stand it not to order.

Re: Meathead book
I found all my barbecue books made great starter fuel for my stick burner firebox.

Bobby: "No."
