I think it's great. Couple more cooks with it and I should have it down pretty well. I going to have to get with Bluz and make a couple more.

First smoke went pretty good. Did some ribs. One problem I had was my recovery time at first. I got it to 230 then put the ribs on. When I put the ribs on it was taking forever for the heat to start climbing. So I drilled 2 ea 3/8” holes. One on each end. My temps started climbing shortly after. So I am going to drill those out to 3/4” and have those where I can just cap them.
