Scored an old steam valve this morning. It's a tad heavy, but I'll get figured it out. I can't wait to burn out and start making this thing.

55gal for now. I have a 30gal, but my sons and I are going to upgrade.its a cool project for us.

Hello Fooldancing please see the link below, it’s on the UDS page, I’ve got a few more post there, seasoning and first cook.
2nd build is going to be a bit different. Have you checked out UDSparts.com ? They have a lot of stuff on that site to help you with your build. Prices are pretty good too, however the beauty of building a UDS is making it your own. They can be built for under $100 or waaaay over that
