So I did a lot of smoke for the holidays going to share a Lil bit . I did some ribs in my uds with some sea grape. also did some turkey stuffed it with mash potatoes mixed with parsley rosemary etc. Just sharing some of my smokes

The color on that Bird is as good as I've seen and the Ribs are equally as nice
