Kettle UDS hybrid

Image Just finished her up and gonna test it out tomorrow with a brisket and couple racks of ribs. Sure was hard cutting the bottom off a $300 kettle!! lol

Couldn't wait and went ahead a threw the brisket on!! Pit ran about 325 wide open, took right at 6 hrs.

Very Nice Ed! I like the way the design channels all heat direct to center and they flows around the water (foil) pan! :)
