Condensation

Postby Raider18 » Sat Jul 05, 2014 9:32 am

So this morning a thick fog came in and condensation started dripping from my flat top lid to the meat. Will this hurt the meat? My lid is sealed right, so was shocked this happened. I also had a water pan above my diffuser.

Now everything is wrapped but curious if my meat will taste off.

I never had an issue with it causing off flavors.
Never met a cow I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.

Today's cook came out well. This is the leftovers after sitting out for an hour!
