What are you paying for drums?

Just curious.....just the empty drum itself, unfinished.

How hard to remove the liner?

What is it like a plastic film or some such?

The liner is an epoxy based paint. once you burn it you still have to clime inside and wire wheel the inside down to bare metal( noisy, dirty, miserable job,)not one I care to repeat.

The liners are a pita that is for the most part not worth trying to make a usable drum in my opinion. Spend the money on an unlined drum or find one that is not lined. New unlined drums around here go for about 85.00 well worth it in my opinion.
If you have a good connection at a blasting yard you can have the liner taken out fairly cheap.

How of you know if it's safe for food? I found 2 different places that sell drums that they say are safe for a UDS but how do you know for sure?

$46 @ Burbank barrel in galena park at the oilfield vargo. Usually buy 10 and make them for friends, still got 2 left.
