I finished building my UDS and have been cooking on it. I still haven't gotten it powder coated yet though. Here are a few pics. Big thanks to my buddy Big Ed for sharing both his wisdom, and for helping me get this thing built.

Dang Russ, thing is a beaut. Bout time ya started Quing....... looking forward to many of fine BBQ pics.

She is going to be beautiful once iI get it finished. It sure is nice to have it cooking. First briskets hits it Sunday.

Thx, my air vent is a stainless steel sliding door that is used on a Primo ceramic egg cooker. I wanted my UDS to look a little cleaner and different than everyone else's. I still have some more mods planned. Stay tuned :-)
