I,ve got a couple of those I was thinking about incorporating into a cart. Someone threw them in a scrap pile at work and I scooped em up and replaced the casters. They've been living a second life as garbage can coasters.

I'd be glad to help ya Russ!! I recommend using a weber lid, you'll love the extra room,I can build you a charcoal basket too!!

Where did you find the drum in Frisco?

I bought a new drum from Dallas Steel Drum, or something similar to that. It was like $63 for one a little thicker than the typical drum.
