My First Drum Smoker

Postby ChileFarmer » Sun Sep 16, 2012 8:08 am

I have been reading about the UDS for years. Never cooked on one and never saw one. But I wish I had built one years ago. This is one fine smoker, and cooks some really good eats. Held 250° for 12 hours. CF :D
