Heck yeah, super nice. Haven't cooked a brisket in a while, nor have I cooked one on my UDS yet. I am gonna though. CF

This thing is effing awesome, i cant wait until i can really load it down with like 6 pork butts and 4 briskets , i can modify it and make it able to hold 12 slabs of reebs, love love love this darn thing haha. sometimes it burns too hot and too long so once i get it set i can maintain it and she cooks like a champ
