Any other UDS fans out there?

Any of my Texas brothers build their own UDS or are all you guys using off-set smokers?
I built this a couple months ago. Talk about a great smoker. I can get a 14-15 hr smoke/cook at 225-230* on 1 full basket load of coal/wood. Very efficient smoker and puts out some excellent BBQ.

Right now I only have the single rack but I'm looking for a Weber 22.5" kettle lid so I can add another rack up top to double my cooking area.

Hey KSims , I have a UDS and love it . Puts out some great food . I got three racks in mine , and its a lil different build than the usual made UDS , below is a pic of it . And as you said I can hold temp from 235 - 250 all day long . Wouldnt trade it for the world , well unless Bluz wants to trade it for that nice towable rig he has , .
