Very nice work.
But there are some who would say a “Q” table is incomplete if there is no wall mount bottle opener on the table. Just saying

What oup said about the stainless separators, metal does transfer heat pretty quickly to wood. But hey, I may be wrong. I'm no good on wood, better on metal, I'm good at filling gaps, lol.

Wow!!!
So much feed back from y'all...I'm humbled
Egg...what a great idea on the bottle opener...Id never thought of that. Thank you
Em....Id be proud to mount that bottle opener on the table. Besides I love the pettina. A little clear coat and I'm in like flint.
WV...table made out of red cedar. For what ever reason I've found that 2x6" tight knot cedar is usually a blond color. I used 2x6" on the top deck. I used 2x4" cedar on the lower shelve. I had just enough mixture of the light and dark 2x4s to stager the colors.
I used teak oil on all of it. Teak oil is easy to touch up.

OK, Wild Bill, she's off and in a Bubblope addressed to the PNW Casa. Good thing you're gonna leave the Patina on it because the directions are embossed for all to see. Should drop it off at the Pony Express in the manyawner - - enjoy, my friend

Wow, perfect! I have been thinking of how to build something to accommodate my kettle and my Kamado Joe Classic in one table ... your design has inspired me.
