Sizzle Q and Little Griddle GQ 230

Postby bogiedr » Sat May 20, 2017 6:53 pm

Greetings from steamy Florida!!! I am trying to convert my old Weber Spirit 310, (2007), into a flat top. I really am trying to avoid buying a Blackstone since I use my Weber Performer and my Kamado Joe Classic on a regular basis and the Spirit is sitting idle. I found the Sizzle Q and the Little Griddle line ... anyone have any experience with either of these? YouTube makes them look good ... but I am skeptical without any real feedback. I will appreciate any and every recommendation you may have. If you have other suggestions, please share! Thanks.
