Cooked this for Thanksgiving to supplement the turkey my company gave us. Skin removed and rubbed with Some EVOO and dusted with SB Clucker Dust. Once enternal temp was 140° Basted with seasoned butter every 25 minutes until it was pulled. Was fantastic and my MIL even commented she should have brought hers for me to cook.
