BAH, save your money. That infomercial is how they got me also almost 2 years ago. Temperature roamed all over the place (20 degrees in both directions), paint burned off the interior... I could go on and on. My parents still have their's, but I got the store to take it back (it had barely been a month) and researched the heck out of other brands. Recently my parents' one jammed during a cook and customer service said it was their fault for not stirring the pellets regularly. Never mind the sign on the hopper warning NOT to do that and the risk of injury from the auger.

Older Traegers still made in the US are great. Some folks here have had good luck with the higher end ones too. Me, I'll stick with Rec Tec or Yoder.

I am not sure about the new traegers, mine is 15 years old, the folks that have the yoder and the pit boss seems to be the latest bunch of satisfied pellet heads.
