Looks amazing!

Did you have any problem with the meatloaf running thru that ventilated tray? I've done meatloaf on my Rec-Tec, but on a solid cookie sheet. Turned out really good but I'd still have liked to have gotten a little more smoke flavor in it. That kind of tray might help if it wasn't too messy. :)

BTW... If you want a nice variation on the asparagus, coat it with a good pesto sauce before grilling and sprinkle a little parm on it before serving. ;)

No problem with the loaf running through the pan. Asparagus was tossed in EVOO and seasoned with SPG.

Looks delish, I'm going to the pub soon, a whole ham is being served up for all the patrons, served with bread and mustard. Yummy.

That's awesome, I'll definitely try cooking meatloaf on that kind of tray next time then. I have one that's supposed to be for veggies or shrimp that's almost identical to what's in your pic.
