We did a beer butt chicken this weekend. Mich ultra and onion stuffed inside, dry chicken rub on the outside. Filled the pan with potatoes, onions, red bell peppers.
Had to lay it over a little to get the lid to close.
I took longer to cook than I thought it would but was really moist when we took it off.
About 150 degrees I brushed the outside with olive oil to crisp it up.
Set at High(425) for about 2 hours.
Tried Chicken this weekend.
