2nd Cook on the PG500

Going to try a Pork Shoulder and some Babybacks for my 2nd cookout on the Pellet Pooper... Here’s a few pics of the start... sides will be Coleslaw, Baked beans and Potato Salad..

A few pics of the finished product.... Let’s just say I’m sold on the PG500... The ribs were awesome and had a beautiful smoke ring... The Pork Shoulder had a wonderful bark and pulled apart to perfection... Everone went back for seconds, so it was a good sign that it was delicious... I’m pretty impressed with the Pellet Pooper, at the ease to dial in the temps. Then just let it do it’s thing.... :cheers: Ray...

Chesdev... 225 degrees for 12 hours... the last hour I kicked it up to 275 degrees... Took it off the pit with IT @ 195....
