WOO HOO - - - congrats - - - be sure and get some help if you need another pair of "hands" - - - which I did not do and ended up replacing the thermal wire - - - - called my oldest to help with the "Correction" and it's worked great every since - - - - - ENJOY ENJOY ENJOY

Very Easy assembly. I got the jerky racks and a front wire shelf. Loaded everything in except the warming rack. I'll probably use one of the the jerky racks more as they are bigger.
First burn in engaged. Looks like I might need some of that sealer stuff for the door. What do y'all think? Should I do the burn in on high heat?

as far as the burn in goes - - - do what I always do - - - when all else fails "read the directions"

Did High about 475-500 for an hour and a half and then low smoke for an hour after that. This is going to be fun.

I used the gasket around the door of mine. Made a huge difference in air leakage. It really is a great cooker.
