What can be done with a Pellet Cooker and Sucklebuster's

Postby jmcrig » Wed Apr 06, 2016 5:44 pm

Did a cook this morning for some friends on a pellet cooker. And this is what I ended with;

Image

Rubbed with Boars Night Out White Lightning, Sucklebuster's Texas Pecan and Baayum Habinero. After about three hours flipped them, bone side up, and applied Sucklebuster's New Honey Glaze. After about 15 min., flipped back to meat side up, and Glazed. After about 30 min. I applied Sucklebuster's Original BBQ Sauce. About 15 min later, reapplied sauce, and pulled them off the grill about 15 min later. You can see more pictures at;

Overall the cook was at 275 degrees. As for the meat, after the meat hits 155 degrees, it's all feel and sight. Probably not the answer you're looking for, but I really don't look at that.

Thanks, Mr. Mark and exactly what I "needed" - - I need to lean more towards those techniques in the future :tup:

It will happen with time, and the great Sucklebuster products sure help.
