My Latest Toy

Postby Okie Sawbones » Mon Dec 07, 2015 5:43 pm

After doing a lot of research, I decided that Blazin' Grills delivers the best bang for the buck for me. It is ruggedly built, and has a huge smoking area, as can be seen by the 8.5x11 booklet inside. I got it rolled around to my outdoor kitchen tonight, and I'm anxious to give it a test spin.

Well I made the trial run yesterday. Winds were blowing 10-20 mph, but the grill remained rock solid.

I decided to go with a couple of racks of St. Louis cut ribs for the first cook.

I used a couple of Mojobricks in the pellet pooper to increase the smoke level. And here is the finished product.

The wife said these were the best ribs that I ever cooked. My BIL said I needed more practice and he would be happy to help taste the results. Minnie the Moocher comes to mind. ;)
