Hi all. Just ordered a Traeger Lil Tex and I wanted to know if anyone can tell me if the 416sq in grilling surface is large enuf to smoke meat for a party of 20 neighbors? the next larger size is the Texas Grill, which is about 620 sq in. Any opinions?

Depends on what you're cooking and portions size. 20"X20" = 400 sq in. Big enough for one big but or a packer maybe. But you won't fit 6 racks of ribs on it.

BTW, Welcome to the forum  Drop by the wanted poster area an introduce yourself if you would. Much obliged.

Bigger is better when investing in a new smoker! (IMHO)
