I am back! With K Joe results

Greetings friends! Tough couple of weeks, but back in front of the kamado joe yesterday. Tried an old family recipe, Puerto Rican wet rub on a 7 lbs pork shoulder. I’ll let photos speak for themselves. Warning, my best yet! This evening, our favorite, ahi tuna on the kettle. Happy fourth everyone. Not sure why but my photos are always out of order
