Baby back rib success

Postby Mike Fuson » Sat Jun 01, 2019 5:22 pm

This is my second attempt at baby backs on the Big Joe. The first time wasn’t bad, they got ate, but wasn’t like what I wanted. Smoked 3 racks yesterday and they turned out really good! What didn’t get ate last night was ate today and seems like ribs are always better to me the next day? Anyway, I’m learning and was glad they came out good.
