Shake Shack double cheeseburger, Tampa style!!

Wife in Phoenix on business so I get to eat "bad" foods while she is gone! I could care less about my heart attack at 35, double Bypass at 45, Defibrillator/ pacemaker at 58 … I am eating all the greasy stuff I want accompanied by a smooth cranberry juice vodka, or seven! Tonight I decided I had a copy cat recipe for a double cheeseburger from Shake Shak! Here is the end result. Cooked on a little gridle over very hot coals on the Weber Kettle. Brioche a bun which was grilled over butter with garlic salt. Yes folks, it was awesome! Half a leaf of lettuce, one slice of a big beefsteak tomato and that's it!! Looks as good as it tasted.

Just the way I was raised and I raised my kids. I see the benefits every day. All my kids have a social conscience and help in their communities. My granddaughter goes with my wife shopping at Christmas for needy families. She uses her own money, so I like to think I did something right.

Beekeeper: Guess we can't stop him from coming. But I reckon we can arrange for him to limp going back

Great looking burger. If your wife is like mine she will do her best to make up for what you ate when she gets back :)

Russ, you definitely did! :D

bsooner, she comes home with a "request list" of things she strongly recommends I grill or smoke. Tough life I have! She even brings me vodka drinks while I cook. I get to cook without interruptions, and I know all of us in this forum hate grilling and smoking stuff, right?
