I may need to haul my 24" Pit Boss to the cook off in Humble. Anyone else haul their ceramics around? Any tips, or pics of their set up?

My Primo arrived assembled in a box strapped to a small pallet. Made the trip from Michigan to Texas without issue. Hope that helps.

I appreciate the reply. I've got a few weeks to think about it. Hopefully I'm getting worried about nothing, and it will go way smoother than I think.

Maybe check with Lowes, Home Depot, Academy, etc and see if you can get a crate from one of the ones assembled for display. My son used to be an assembler traveling between stores putting displays together.

You can always custom build a 2x4 frame around it, and use tie down straps to secure it. I don't know how heavy yours is, but I have heard of people putting them in the back seat and buckling them in.

Don't know the weight in lbs but my pitboss 24 is way to heavy to put in the seat of a car.
Heck it's too heavy to lift into the bed of a pickup.
Lowboy trailer maybe if you use ramps.
OR 4 strong young men.

My 24” KamadoJoe big joe fits in the back of my RAV4. Another friend who hails his has a cut out tire he uses under his to act as a shock absorber
