Wednesday Wokkin - Thai Spicy Chicken and Pineapple

Wok cooking is such a fast cook for week nights meals.
Dusted some cubed chicken with cornstarch & fish sauce and while the egg was heating up I chopped up the veggies and made the sauce.
Got the egg to 500-600° and threw the chicken in the wok
Remove the sheeken. Then the garlic,ginger,tri color of peppers and pineapples went in
Once the veggies were tender crispy the sheeken and sauce went back in
All done and served with rice
