Offset or custom GF, please advise
Evening guys need yalls input please. Finally have the $$ for a build but stuck. Do i go with offset insulated stick burner or a 50"lx30"wx30"?h insulated GF. My goal is big enough to cook multiple meats or a single 60-80# hog. Would the GF be able to heat the cabinet? I know the SB would for sure. Any input is welcome. Ive been cooking on a cinder block but local fire department told me i cant anymore, after someone reported the smoke. Please share thoughts and experiences..thanks

As you already mentioned, you probably can't go wrong with a Stick Burner. NOW, what does GF stand for

Who would ever choose a Girlfriend over a Stick Burner

As for MOI, I'm pulling the Lever for Stick Burner BECAUSE it has so many varied abilities.

Dont worry guys, i love a good cut up just ask my coworkers. Still undecided though. On the girlfriend gravity feed i could prob make it set in forget. Is there anyway to reduce stick burner fire tending?
