Lang 36" Patio Pit
Hey all, thinking about selling my Lang 36" Reverse Flow Patio Pit. I want to build my own with some help from a friend. Anyway, I paid $1,100 for it 3 yrs ago, without shipping. Shipping was $500. It is still in great shape. Any thoughts on what I should ask for it? My neighbor is interested in purchasing it. Thanks in advance.

Don’t expect much. My impression it takes a specific buyer and price to overcome the used pit and my was in excellent condition. I just went through this myself. I put it on Craigslist, Facebook and word of mouth. It took 2.5 months but i was being aggressive with pricing. I started high and Every week i lowered the price. Until i started getting bites which i left it there and bounced the price up and down it came out to about lil less then 1/2 of what i paid
Good luck.
