So I'm firing up the BBQ, oups Cajun dusted beer butt for the family first time. Daughter is doing the meat, I've just made a salad, wife's made beetroot salad as well.
Brûlée as a treat later.

Re: First BBQ since last summer
When I used to have a gas grill it would sometimes vapor lock like that. Before buying new, disconnect hose from tank, blast open the tank for a sec to make sure tank is properly pressured, turn on your grill and purge any gas still remaining in the line, reconnect hose with the all the grills burners open full and open the tank all the way and see if you dont have good pressure now. This works for grills, fork lifts etc, just about everything that runs on propane. Worth a shot before you spend the money.
