Haven't put much on the grill this month, been a busy month. But looking forward to Thanksgiving.

Woohoo!! That's what I like to hear! I did pretty well sealing up all but the doors when I took the welder to mine. I am getting a fireplace gasket kit soon from Lowe's.
I am also in the process of building my own temp controller, I will have my writeup on that in a week or so I am only waiting on approval from my finance department (the wife) to release the funds to me for the brain of the unit. I requested authorization over a week ago, paperwork sure is going slow!!

About 4 years ago, I had smoked up a brisket and sliced up most of it and left about a pound sitting on the kitchen counter. After we ate, I ran to town for something or other, when I got back home the brisket was missing. Only thing left of it was a grease spot on the rug and a dog so stuffed she could barely sulk away.
