Hello everyone. It's been awhile since I have posted on Texas BBQ Forum. You might have seen my post on here with our Texas Shaped grills that we debuted last year. We were at the State Fair of Texas with a new grill I had designed and built called the M1. It is far different from anything on the market with its capabilities and build quality. We had MANY orders on this grill at the Fair and I can not be more excited to finally have a chance to get this information on Texas BBQ Forum. Our customer reviews have been steadily coming in and they could not be happier with this smoker/grill combo.

The M1 is a great smoker and grill thats built to last.

Entire grill is made of 10 gauge steel.
All grates are 1/4" thick 304 solid stainless.
Integrated firebox in a reverse airflow configuration.
Fully welded baffle for indirect smoking.
Each piece is hand fabricated to ensure fitment is superb. There are no gaps from the lid to the body.
Makes a great stick burner. I have been using only wood (Post Oak) for smoking briskets (up to 3 at a time). The size can be deceiving. You can smoke a lot of food on this smoker at once.
The pit is sealed up very nice and holds heat steady for hours.
It's also a wonderful grill. Features Adjustable coal grate to change the heat source instantly. Perfect for searing steaks or baking.
We have invested heavily into our grills to ensure we are building the best all in one grill available for smoking and grilling.
Every component is fabricated or machined in house at our machine shop - Magee Machine & Mfg.
It takes over a million dollars worth of machining equipment to make our grills.

Please take the time to visit our website and watch some videos on our blog to see the M1 in action. It really is amazing and best of all its completely made right here in Texas. :texas:

So if you or a friend are in the market for a high end smoker/grill combo, please check out our products. We make the perfect alternative for someone who prefers to not have a barrel style smoker and a separate charcoal grill. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

We have been extremely busy at the shop cranking out our grills and I have some exciting news to share.

I`m extremely happy to announce that Elliott's Hardware's flagship store in Plano, Texas is now carrying the M1. If you want to see this grill/smoker in person, make sure you pay a visit to this great store. I will be out there March 19th and 20th doing some demo's on the M1 as well. This pit is not just a rehashed design from just another pit maker. It's simply amazing and it's catching the eyes of some big names out there.

Also, Big Poppa's Smokers (bigpoppasmokers.com) is now our exclusive internet dealer. Big Poppa reached out to us and was very intrigued by the specs of the M1. After a great discussion with him, we sent one out for an evaluation and everyone over there absolutely loved this cooker. The M1 will be on bigpoppasmokers.com very soon so stay tuned.

I know this is a Texas forum, but we also have another vendor we recently picked up in Arizona. BBQ Island is Arizona's Premiere BBQ Superstore with two 7k sq.ft. locations (with a third location on its way). They sell nothing but high end bbq items so we`re excited they are carrying the M1 along with their other high end brands.

Lastly, Good Trade Cookers cook-off team based out of San Antonio is smoking on the M1 on the competitive circuit this year. You can see them at the Turn and Burn Cook-Off this weekend March 10-12.

M Grills is just scratching the surface. More and more people are getting their hands on this grill and are raving about it. I've been getting comments from customers holding 250 degrees for 5 hours for smoking before having to add any more fuel. Having that capability in a smoker that can also sear a darn good steak is great. It's built to last and looks beautiful on your patio. You can smoke up to three 14 lb briskets at once with no problem and you do not need to buy any additional accessories to do so.

I've been getting some questions on how the M1 is designed and how it differs from a Hasty Bake. This illustration should answer some questions.

I also made a new accessory expanding your smoking and grilling space even more. This 1/4" thick 304 stainless steel removable cooking rack adds a third shelf for smoking or makes a nice secondary rack for grilling.

Dimensions: Width 24.75" X Depth 12" X Height 7.5"
