buy a texas style grill in california

I live in Hayward CA, from Louisiana and love to Q and Grill, But I want a vertical smoker with a off set fire box. do I have to have this one built to order? around how much minimum cost do one of these smokers start? and is there any builders anyone knows of in my area. And most of all multi shelves that slide out and may-be adjustable.
