Vertical cabinet smokers

Postby Titan7 » Thu May 29, 2014 10:09 pm

I want one, not sure why other than more capacity than my WSMs, question, doesn't the design cause drippings to mess up the bark on the meat on the lower racks?

Cook your briskets and pork butts and ribs and chicken on wire racks set in aluminum pans. No dripping, and the smoke can get to the meat just fine. Problem solved. :)

I've often asked the same question and Okie's suggestion is what I hear most.

That's the trouble. So many good uprights on the market to choose from. The G2 Party sure is versatile. It is 6" deeper than the old version Party, and weights only 268 lbs., so it is easy to haul to family reunions.
