A couple additions to make the new pit perfect

This is about all the new ASF smoker needed. Finally had time to throw on a set of gauges and a ball valve for the water reservoir. I'll eventually add another valve to the drain side, but it's a 1 1/2" fitting and those things are pricey! The reservoir was a 1" so it wasn't much cheaper!

It that a gauge that is clipped to the grating on the inside in your other post? If so where does a guy get those?

If you can find a Buc-ees that has them in stock, they are $1312 plus tax. MSRP on the website is $1399.
