I bought the same smoker from Chad; picked it up right after Christmas. I've been extremely happy with mine too!

It is well worth the wait! In this picture, it's loaded with 6 racks of baby backs, 5 pounds of chicken breast (skin on) and five pounds of sausage links......I had just taken the dutch oven of beans off the warmer surface above the fire box. Of course there was potato salad, slaw, and rolls. When I announced eats was on to the group, it suddenly sounded like a pack of wild animals with all the snarling and gnawing and smacking noises!.......20 folks successfully fed and not a complaint in the house.

Thank You to all the fine folks here for all the tips and advice so I can now smoke a chunk of meat and folks actually eat it.
